About the role
Lead financial planning, reporting and treasury for a bank serving households and small businesses across Ethiopia.
What you will do
- Own monthly and annual reporting to the board and the National Bank
- Lead budgeting and forecasting with every business unit
- Manage liquidity and treasury together with the risk team
- Build and coach a finance team of 12
What we look for
- Ten years or more in finance, with five in banking
- A professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA
- Strong IFRS knowledge
- Clear written and spoken English and Amharic
